This harassment narrative pertains to a situation by the government harassment against Harry Dorvilier and Harry’s Nurses Registry (HNR). Mr. Dorvilier paid $25,000.00 for 13 nurses, and yet HNR was additionally charged for 13 felonies with a total of $26,000.00. On top of this, another 13 felonies were imposed for Harry Dorvilier $26,000.00 without defining probable cause of action. Probable causes must be identified and determined by the state or federal agencies through an audit. In this case, Bernstein colluded with the judge and get an order against HNR to provide a list of nurses who worked with Harry’s Nurses Registry Inc. With the list, Bernstein communicated with the nurses privately and influenced them to provide affidavits to submit to the court.

In November 2007, Jonathan Bernstein, a private attorney, colluded with Claudia Gayle, a purportedly fictitious individual, to initiate fraudulent summonses and complaints at the federal court. In this conspiracy, they were supported by the Inspector General of the Insurance Board, Mr. William Gurin, the District Attorney, Workers’ Compensation Board, and the City Police Department.

Mr. Gurin sent a blank letter to the District Attorney endorsing the prosecution based on these fake summonses and complaints, which were subsequently sensationalized in a 2010 press conference. During this event, the District Attorney and other involved agencies reportedly fabricated information to support one of the most significant fraudulent schemes in the United States of America’s history, aiming to illicitly procure funds through the federal court.

Regrettably, the court did not accurately interpret the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), specifically, section 29 U.S.C. 216 (a, b), which does not provide for a private course of action. Despite this, the Second Circuit Court issued a partial summary judgment in favor of the so-called ‘ghost’ and Mr. Bernstein. The judgment seems to have been influenced by Bernstein’s potent affiliations and political connections, further intensifying the harassment against Harry’s Nurses Registry and its corporate officer, Mr. Harry Dorvilier.
